Use the shared time clock

  1. Step 1 of 5

    What do you want to use?

    Press the large button for the shared time clock or your phone.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Enter your PIN or ID number

    Use the large number keys. You can also enter your ID number.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Stand in front of the camera

    Keep your whole face inside the frame.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Stay still for 10 seconds

    The camera checks that you are the correct staff member.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    Read the result

    Your name and time appear when the punch is accepted.

Clocking on your phone

  1. Step 1 of 4Sign in on your phone.
  2. Step 2 of 4The camera starts automatically.
  3. Step 3 of 4Look at the camera and wait 10 seconds.
  4. Step 4 of 4The screen shows whether you clocked in or out.

Camera permission

Always allow the camera

Choose your device. Follow the pictures so your browser remembers the camera permission for Tíminn Minn.

    Open this page in Safari

    Tap the page menu beside the address bar.

    Open Website Settings

    Choose Website Settings, then Camera.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Choose Allow

    Select Allow so Safari remembers the camera permission for this website.

    Installed on the Home Screen

    If needed, open Settings, Apps, Tíminn Minn, then turn Camera on.

The first permission cannot be skipped

Your browser must ask the first time. Tíminn Minn cannot grant permission by itself.

You stay in control

The permission is only for Tíminn Minn. You can turn it off again in the same settings.

If something goes wrong

  • Camera permission needed

    Allow camera access in your browser settings, then press Try again.

  • No face found

    Move into good light and keep your whole face inside the frame.

  • Staff member not found

    Check that you are using your own PIN, ID number, or phone account.

  • Rest mode

    Tap the screen or look at the camera. A new 10-second check begins.
